Frontier Soups South of the Border Tortilla Soup

Bold, zesty, and easy to make, South of the Border Tortilla Soup is packed with black beans, sweet corn, bell peppers, onion, garlic, and Southwest inspired spices. Add chicken and your favorite salsa for a hearty tortilla soup with plenty of flavor and just the right amount of kick. 

Ready in about 30 minutes and serving approximately 9, it is an easy option for weeknight dinners, game day, or casual entertaining. Finish each bowl with tortilla strips, avocado, sour cream, cheese, or whatever toppings you love.

Soup Mix Ingredients:
Black Bean, Corn, Bell Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Cumin, Ancho Chile, Paprika, Oregano & Coriander. 

You’ll Add:

• 6 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup water
• 2 to 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
• 1 jar salsa
• Optional tortilla chips or tortilla strips for serving

All orders are processed within 3 business days of order date, excluding weekends and holidays. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if they meet the following requirements:

Products must be unused, clean condition, and in original packaging. 

We do not accept returns of consumable items such as food, tea, coffee, and spices. 

Sale items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us at cooking@inthekitchensd.com. 

Refunds are not offered for cooking classes.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class will receive store credit. No exceptions will be made due to planning requirements and supply expenses. Class reservations are transferable and may be gifted to another individual.

The right to cancel a class due to severe weather or insufficient enrollment is reserved. Should a class be canceled, a complete refund will be provided.
