Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to browse, shop and sign up for classes with us, online or in the store. We're working to make this website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat that as ongoing work.

What we're doing

  • Adding text descriptions (alt text) to product and site images so screen readers can describe them.
  • Reviewing our pages for keyboard navigation, clear labels on buttons and forms, and readable heading structure.
  • Checking new products and pages for accessibility before they go live.

If anything on our site is hard to use, or you'd rather shop with a person, we're happy to help. We can answer product questions, check stock, and help you complete your purchase.

Please tell us the page you were on and what got in the way, and we'll work on a fix.

Third-party tools

Some features, such as checkout, our gift registry and our recipe box, are provided by outside services. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we don't control their pages. If you have trouble with one, contact us and we'll help another way.
