Pie Weights

• Mrs. Anderson's Ceramic Pie Weights keep empty pie shells from shrinking, bubbling, and buckling during the blind baking process
• Natural food-safe ceramic stoneware; heat safe to 480-degrees Fahrenheit; includes 135 pie weights (8-ounces) in a reusable storage container
• Individual beads are easy to place and arrange as needed; effectively weighs down pie dough, keeps bubbles from forming, and transfers heat evenly
• Blind bake pie crust for banana cream and chocolate cream pie, lemon meringue, strawberry rhubarb pie, banoffee pie, and more
• Line raw pie crust with parchment paper, arrange beads, and bake; wipe clean or hand wash without soap then air dry

All orders are processed within 3 business days of order date, excluding weekends and holidays. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if they meet the following requirements:

Products must be unused, clean condition, and in original packaging. 

We do not accept returns of consumable items such as food, tea, coffee, and spices. 

Sale items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are not offered for cooking classes.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class will receive store credit. No exceptions will be made due to planning requirements and supply expenses. Class reservations are transferable and may be gifted to another individual.

The right to cancel a class due to severe weather or insufficient enrollment is reserved. Should a class be canceled, a complete refund will be provided.
