As each dish is prepared, you will enjoy tasting along the way while learning how to build flavor, work with seafood, and create brunch dishes that feel thoughtfully composed and satisfying. These recipes are designed to impress while still being achievable in your own kitchen.
On the menu:
• Lobster and avocado eggs benedict with handmade English muffins
• Blini with smoked salmon, capers, shallots, fresh dill, and crème fraiche
• Cowboy butter crab with cheesy grits
Come hungry and ready to be inspired. You will leave with techniques and recipes that bring a fresh, elevated approach to brunch.
Cancellation Policy
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON CLASSES. If cancellation occurs prior to 48 hours before the class, we will issue store credit. Due to planning purposes and supply costs, we cannot make exceptions. Class seats are transferrable, so you are always welcome to gift your seat to a friend.
