The Vegetable Cutter is easily secured to the Assistent Original and makes cooking prep for quick, simple, and more enjoyable. The three included drums give you everything you need to achieve perfect slices, shreds and grates in no time:

• Slicing Drum: Perfect for slicing potatoes, onions, root vegetables, fruits and greens. Create beautiful salads and casseroles with ease.
• Coarse Grating Drum: Shred root vegetables, greens, fruit for soups and pies, or nuts, chocolate and cheese – quickly and easily.
• Medium Grating Drum: Perfect for raw vegetables, baking and grating fruit and cheese – directly into the bowl.

For more versatility, Ankarsrum offers additional drums for the Vegetable Cutter, including a set with a fine grater, a shredder and a potato dumpling shredder. The Vegetable Cutter is an indispensable accessory for creating fresh, healthy meals!

All orders are processed within 3 business days of order date, excluding weekends and holidays. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if they meet the following requirements:

Products must be unused, clean condition, and in original packaging. 

We do not accept returns of consumable items such as food, tea, coffee, and spices. 

Sale items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us at cooking@inthekitchensd.com. 

Refunds are not offered for cooking classes.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class will receive store credit. No exceptions will be made due to planning requirements and supply expenses. Class reservations are transferable and may be gifted to another individual.

The right to cancel a class due to severe weather or insufficient enrollment is reserved. Should a class be canceled, a complete refund will be provided.
