All orders are processed within 3 business days of order date, excluding weekends and holidays. 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if they meet the following requirements:

Products must be unused, clean condition, and in original packaging. 

We do not accept returns of consumable items such as food, tea, coffee, and spices. 

Sale items are final sale, and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are not offered for cooking classes.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class will receive store credit. No exceptions will be made due to planning requirements and supply expenses. Class reservations are transferable and may be gifted to another individual.

The right to cancel a class due to severe weather or insufficient enrollment is reserved. Should a class be canceled, a complete refund will be provided.
