Let your imagination run wild with possibilities after you learn the trick to these puff pastry entrees.
“Cheezy” Leek and Potato Tart; Mushroom and Vegetable Wellington topped with Au Poivre Sauce (green peppercorns, shallots, and cognac); Mushroom Pot Pies; We will also include a simple recipe for traditional palmiers
These recipes will all be prepared vegan including the puff pastry. Suggestions for making the recipes vegetarian and animal protein-based will also be offered.
