On the menu:

  • Lobster and Mushroom Risotto with Lemon Brown Butter

  • Cioppino — classic San Francisco shellfish stew in a rich tomato broth with Italian herbs

  • Coquilles Saint-Jacques — scallops in a creamy garlic, white wine, and cheese sauce, topped with buttery herbed breadcrumbs

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON CLASSES. If cancellation occurs prior to 48 hours before the class, we will issue store credit. Due to planning purposes and supply costs, we cannot make exceptions. Class seats are transferrable, so you are always welcome to gift your seat to a friend.
