Join Colleen and Beth for a fresh and flavorful class celebrating the best of summer produce. This menu highlights simple, satisfying recipes that let seasonal ingredients shine, perfect for warm weather meals and easy entertaining.
As each dish is prepared, you will enjoy tasting along the way while learning techniques for working with fresh vegetables, balancing bright and creamy flavors, and making the most of what summer has to offer. These are approachable recipes you will find yourself returning to all season long.

Cancellation Policy
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON CLASSES. If cancellation occurs prior to 48 hours before the class, we will issue store credit. Due to planning purposes and supply costs, we cannot make exceptions. Class seats are transferrable, so you are always welcome to gift your seat to a friend.
