RETURN POLICY

At Someone's In The Kitchen, our goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of service and the finest products available in order to achieve their complete satisfaction.

Within 30 days of purchasing any product in our store, you may return it for a full refund. However, we do request that you provide us with your receipt, and if no receipt is available that we may at our option provide store credit instead of a refund. If you should return a product after 30 days, we will honor the manufacturers warranty or policy, and will replace defective or unsatisfactory product providing we have it in stock.

In the event that we do not have the item in stock or no longer carry that product, we will make every effort to obtain a replacement as quickly as possible. If you do not seek a replacement, we will provide store credit of equal value, providing this complies with the policy of the manufacturer. Again, we do request only that you provide us with your receipt.

A SD Sales Tax of 6% will be added to all purchases that are shipped to addresses within SD.

SHIPPING

Please see the chart below for shipping charges within the contiguous United States. Additional shipping charges may be applied to oversized and heavy items. These additional charges will be included in the item description. Orders will be shipped standard UPS Ground delivery and are usually received within 5 to 7 business days of being processed. Please call 1-888-817-5078 if you have special shipping concerns.

Every effort is made to process orders within 48 hours. The customer will be notified via e-mail if items are out-of-stock and when the approximate ship date will be.

DELIVERY TO ALASKA, HAWAII & U.S. TERRITORIES

For all deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, $7.50 will be automatically added to the standard delivery charges during checkout. Please see chart below:

Someone’s In The Kitchen does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES

At this time, when ordering online, it is not possible to specify a delivery address in another country or a U.S. Territory , including Canada.

DROP-SHIP ITEMS

Some merchandise at SomeonesInTheKitchenSD.com is shipped directly from the manufacturer. These "drop-ship" items have special requirements:

Shipping and handling charges are pre-determined by the manufacturer and will be noted in the item description.

Additional time is needed for order processing, so second-day and next-day shipping are not available. Heavy items, may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Drop-ship items can be delivered only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

Drop-ship items cannot be gift wrapped.

Someone’s In The Kitchen cannot guarantee delivery date of drop-ship merchandise.

GIFT CARDS

Currently, gift cards cannot be used for online purchases. Please call our toll free number, 1-888-817-5078 to place your order with a gift card.

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift wrapping is free of charge. Please indicate in the comment column during check out if you would like the item gift wrapped and if the gift is for holiday, male, female, or bridal. Orders ship Ground UPS and are usually received within 5 to 7 business days of being processed.
