Roasted Tomato Basil Orzo Salad

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
  • 1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 2 cups chopped bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 4 Tbl. pinenuts (or walnuts)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Private Harvest® Roasted Tomato Basil Bread Dipper
Directions

Cook orzo in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well and rinse. Add remaining ingredients and dress with Private Harvest® Roasted Tomato Basil Bread Dipper.
