PASTA SALAD MEDITERRANEAN



Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Penne pasta
  • 6-8 Tbsp. Boscoli Italian Olive Salad
  • 1 cup chick peas
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Boscoli Balsamic Vinegar
  • 8-12 oz. Crumbled Feta cheese
Directions
  1. Cook Penne pasta in boiling water until firm.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add Boscoli Italian Olive Salad, chick peas, fresh basil, lemon juice, Boscoli Balsamic Vinegar and crumbled Feta cheese.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Serve at room temperature.

Serves 4-6 persons.
