NEW ORLEANS MUFFULETTA SANDWICH

This recipe comes to us courtesy of Boscoli Family Recipes, using our best selling Italian Olive Salad.

Ingredients
  • Italian or French Bread
  • 1/4 lb Genoa Salami
  • 1/2 lb Ham
  • 1/4 lb Mortadella
  • 1/3 lb Provolone Cheese
Directions

On Italian or French Bread, layer thin slices of Genoa Salami, Ham, Mortadella and Provolone Cheese.
Top with Boscoli Italian Olive Salad. Heat and Serve. Traditionally served on an 8 inch round, 2 inch thick, crusty Italian bread made in New Orleans, especially for the Muffuletta Sandwich.
