Tart Pastry

Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ½ lb butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
  1. Put sugar, flour and butter in processor and pulse until crumbly.
  2. Beat egg and vanilla and add to the food processor and process until well blended.
  3. Wrap in wax paper and chill.
  4. Use for any kind of small tarts
